   We currently ship across India.
   Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
   Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
   Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeline
   Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
   Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
   Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
   Shipping fees are non-refundable.
   Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly specified on the Website.
5. Courier Partners
   Orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier and logistics partners.
   SRS ENTERPRISES is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force-majeure events.
6. Address Accuracy
   Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
   We are not liable for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
   Re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
7. Damaged or Missing Shipments
   If a product is received damaged or missing, customers must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
   Clear photos and an unboxing video may be required for verification.
   Valid cases will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Undelivered or Refused Shipments
   If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
   No refunds will be issued for refused deliveries.
9. Risk & Ownership
   Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
