Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 5‑day return/exchange window, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be in the same condition as received
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The invoice/bill must be provided at the time of return pickup
Once a product has been used, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Cases Where Returns/Exchanges Are Accepted
Returns or exchanges will be accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- The product was not sealed properly at the time of delivery
- The product was expired at the time of delivery
If your return request is approved, Healthymile will arrange a pickup from the same delivery address, and you will be informed of the expected pickup date.
Exchange Process
- Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the replacement product will be shipped.
- The exchanged product is usually delivered within 3–5 business days after the return pickup is completed.
Delivery‑Related Issues
In case of any delivery‑related discrepancy (such as missing items or visible damage), please contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the order has not yet been shipped.
- If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Healthymile reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion due to reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or typographical errors
- Issues identified with payment or customer details
- Operational or logistical constraints
Refunds
- Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Refunds generally take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
