Return & Refund Policy – SRS ENTERPRISES (Healthy Mile)

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.healthymile.in (“Website”) and is operated by SRS ENTERPRISES (“we”, “our”, “us”).
Due to the nature of health, wellness, and consumable products, this policy is strict and must be read carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return / No Exchange / No Replacement
   No Returns
   No Exchanges
   No Replacements
   Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
   Change of mind
   Taste or preference issues
   Dissatisfaction with results
   Incorrect product ordered by the customer
   Opened or used products
   Customers are advised to carefully read product descriptions before placing an order.
2. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)
   Refunds are processed ONLY in the following situations:

a) Damaged or Defective Product Product received in a damaged, leaked, or defective condition Must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery Unboxing video and clear photos are mandatory After verification, a refund will be initiated.

b) Duplicate Transaction If the customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment gateway error Refund will be processed after verification

3. Non-Refundable Situations
   Refunds will NOT be provided for:
   Opened or used products
   Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction
   Allergic reactions or side effects
   Courier delays
   Incorrect address provided by the customer
   Minor packaging or label variations
4. Refund Processing Time
   Approved refunds are processed AND credited within 7–10 business days
   Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment only
   Bank or payment-gateway processing time is beyond our control
5. Order Cancellation
   Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
   Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

   Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and suitability
   Consult a healthcare professional before consuming health products
   We are not responsible for misuse or incorrect consumption
